Napa County Measures

Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) increase of 1% taking the current 12% TOT to 13%.  Each city (American Canyon, Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, and Calistoga) and Napa County for the unincorporated areas) have a separate Measure for this on the ballot.  It is a hotel room tax increase intended to boost funding for affordable housing construction.  It would raise the transient occupancy tax at hotels, bed-and-breakfast inns and licensed in-house lodgings.
